Every Friday you will LIVE FREE + THRIVE.... 💪🦵🧠 PHYSICALLY > 45 minutes of Krav Maga training with Danielle Donaldson Krav Maga is a self defense craft used by military because of its unique ability for any sized person to defend themself from any sized person. It is a wonderful self defense practice for young girls and women in this way. THIS IS SELF DEFENSE AND UNPLEASANT SCENARIOS WILL BE PRESENTED & DEFENSE TECHNIQUES TAUGHT This is a physical practice. Please wear athletic attire and remove all jewelry including earrings. This is NOT a practice that can be taught in a day, it involves consistency and building muscle memory. MENTALLY > 20-30 minutes of an Empowering Discussion on health + wellness topics with Dana Grinnell & guest speakers Practical tactical real life tips to stay healthy, safe, and vibrant! Including but not limited to: personal care product safety, nutrition, environmental toxins and how to reduce exposure, sleep, building confidence, mental health, finding your tribe, overcoming challenges, self-love, kindness and empathy FRIDAYS @ 2pm (please arrive early for a warm-up DANCE PARTY) @ Beau Collective, 6699 N Landmark Dr L-110, Park City, UT Sessions begin 4/4/25!!!!!
